Timelapse Drone Tour
Seamlessly Blending Before & After
Our signature Timelapse Drone Tour captures the full transformation of a property—from bare ground or construction site to the finished build. By combining multiple drone visits into a single seamless video, we tell the complete story of the project’s progress and completion.
Using high-resolution aerial and FPV drone footage, we document each key stage of your project’s timeline. These moments are then edited into a seamless, cinematic before-and-after video that tells the complete story of your construction project.
Perfect for new builds, renovations, or commercial developments, these tours showcase progress, craftsmanship, and final results in a concise, two-minute video. Ideal for marketing, investor presentations, and building your portfolio with impact.

scheduling your Timelapse Drone Tour:
Step 1:
Use our scheduling portal to enter your property address, select Timelapse Drone Tour, and book your shoot in minutes. We recommend scheduling your initial flight once structural framing is complete.
Step 2:
Schedule as many “Before” site visits as needed throughout construction. Each flight captures a new phase of progress that we layer into your final Timelapse Drone Tour. After every visit, you’ll receive a 1–3 minute progress update video.
Step 3:
Once construction is complete, schedule your final “After” flight. For best results, ensure the property is fully finished, free of workers and debris, and professionally staged prior to filming.
Best Practices
- Providing floor plans or 3D renderings of the completed property helps us plan flight paths and align the final timelapse with the intended design.
- When possible, schedule your initial “Before” flight during winter months (less exterior color), followed by the final “After” flight in spring or summer to highlight seasonal contrast.
- Ensure the site is clear of workers, vehicles, and active equipment during scheduled flights to maintain safety and create a clean, uninterrupted visual sequence.
- Notify site supervisors in advance of scheduled drone visits to avoid last-minute delays or on-site activity.
